Welcome to the SkillUpwarder LLC Affiliate Program. By participating in this program, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Affiliate Program Agreement. This agreement aims to establish the rules, commissions, and responsibilities that govern our partnership.

SkillUpwarder LLC is committed to maintaining a transparent and rewarding affiliate program that benefits both the company and our affiliates. Below are the details of the commissions, payment methods, and other terms governing this program.

1. Affiliate Commissions

Commission Type 1: CPA Lead Commission

• Rate: $5 per verified (sign-up) lead.
• Pending Leads:
  • All CPA lead commissions will remain pending until specific conditions are met.
  • Once you generate a direct sale, 10 pending CPA leads will automatically be approved.
  • There is no expiration or loss of pending leads, ensuring no affiliate is penalized for a delay in sales.
  • Example: If you generate 10 leads and then secure a direct sale, the $5 commission for all 10 leads will be automatically approved.
• No Monthly Barrier: There are no minimum monthly lead or sales requirements. Pending leads will remain in your account until the direct sale condition is met.

Commission Type 2: Sales Commission

• Tiered Sales Commission Breakdown:
  • 1st Tier: $40 commission for every sale made directly by your referral.
  • 2nd Tier: $20 commission for sales made by your 1st tier referrals’ direct affiliates.
  • 3rd to 7th Tiers: $10 commission for sales from affiliates within the corresponding tiers.

Example of Multi-Tier Commissions:
If you refer an affiliate (1st tier) who then refers someone else (2nd tier), and this network grows, you’ll earn:

• $40 for a direct sale by your 1st tier referral.
• $20 for sales by your 2nd tier referral.
• $10 for sales by affiliates in tiers 3 through 7.

This tiered structure allows affiliates to maximize their earnings by building and managing a robust network. 

The more you grow your network, the more residual income you can generate.

2. Payment Information

Payment Method

• Payments are made via direct deposit or electronic ACH bank transfer to your designated bank account.
• Affiliates must provide accurate bank account details to ensure successful payment processing.

Payment Schedule

• Payments will be processed on the 10th of every month.
• Earnings reflect the commissions generated in the previous calendar month.
• For example, commissions earned in January will be paid on February 10th.

Minimum Payout Threshold

• The minimum payout threshold is $10. Any amount earned above $10 during the previous month will be paid in full, provided the affiliate's account is in good standing.

• 3. Responsibilities of Affiliates

As a SkillUpwarder LLC affiliate, you are expected to:

1. Promote our services ethically and responsibly.
2. Avoid misleading or false advertisements.
3. Ensure that all promotional materials comply with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
4. Refrain from engaging in fraudulent activity, including false leads or unethical sales practices.
5. Update your payment and contact details regularly to avoid payment delays.

4. Program Rules and Restrictions

1. Referral Tracking:

   • Affiliates must use the unique referral links provided to them. Commissions will only be awarded for leads and sales tracked through these links.

2. Prohibited Activities:

   • Affiliates are not allowed to use spam, fake leads, or unauthorized advertising channels to promote SkillUpwarder LLC products.

3. Termination of Agreement:

   • SkillUpwarder LLC reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account that violates the program rules.
   • Pending commissions will be forfeited if the account is terminated for fraudulent activities.
